Happy Black History Month #Survivor

After the initial shock from trauma, clarity comes. God speaks before, and after the event. Full healing is to follow. This feels like our car accident @Shock. In this case daily mental self check appointments required, a lot of writing, reading, quiet time, processing, listening, accountability and accepting. Reminder: Do not run the streets, and turn down trips.

Intensive focus is needed on how ppl project and the few instances when people will try to take advantage of a vulnerable spirit. Being tested makes you stronger. Being from the city/hood prepares you 😅. Next, open Chakras up to fully acknowledge this experience. Receive Love.

Funeral Home appointment. Visit support system. Let go of people not meant to be on the journey moving forward. The body heals. I walk away renewed in my mind and spirit. My faith grows, an uptick of peace bestows me.

My son and I are ok, better than before. Pain brings people closer. We, Legend and I talk about the trauma together. Vulnerability heals delicate wounds. We appreciate the new direction of our life. We bring home our new addition to remind us of growth. We’re ultimately good!

I’m writing 5 months later remembering what we’ve survived from the car accident and feeling the same sense of survival/appreciation/gratefulness/elevation/abundance. These experiences are so beneficial in life. After the crushing, my oil will flow! 💯🙌🏾 #proof

My frequency level is higher with birthing a spiritual child and the vibrations feel GREAT! 🤯🔥

And I write this hoping this helps someone through their healing journey… My gift is a Transitional Coach. So some of these things comes natural to me, some takes additional effort for others, but I believe healing is for everyone. And your muscle memory will kick in if you’re use to doing the work. The work will save your life!
